Excellent service and a great rental experience
We rented bikes from Epic Cycling during our stay in Penticton and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. The whole process was quick, easy and completely hassle-free. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful, making us feel trusted from the moment we arrived. Everything was explained clearly, and the bikes were ready to go. The bikes were in excellent condition and made for a fantastic day exploring the area. Great for tourists and locals
We had a large group of mixed rider experience with us. The day was organized so well. We were able to explore some local sights as well as sneak in some winery and brewery stops and a beautifully elevated picnic lunch. All the bikes were in excellent condition and great quality. Safety gear and water was provided. We had two bike guides with us who were interactive and ensured everyone stayed safe. Mother’s Day Weekend Tour
Wow. Epic cycling tours can be described in just that one word! I’m not an “avid” cyclist by any means but joined a group of people and didn’t feel left behind or disregarded. The ride is so well organized and coordinated that they have different group leaders for each skill level. Needless to say, don’t let the intensity of distance detour you. I did a 70km ride in my runners! If you’re in the area, enjoy bike riding, wine tasting, laughing and a beautiful scenic view - do not miss the opportunity to take this experience!! Friendly smiling faces host you the entire time and have all the appropriate gear, drink, snacks should you need anything! Definitely will be back! We had an awesome ride out on the Kettle valley Railway and stopped at Abandoned Railway Brewery for beer and cider in the sun!

Above and Beyond with Customer Service.
My husband and I along with my son and his gf recently rented e bikes to do the Kettle Valley Trail in Penticton. The rental process was efficient and well organized. I ended up having an issue with my bike about 20 minutes into the trip (100% my fault!) and I was beyond pleased at how well it was dealt with. I was able to get a new cycle in a reasonable amount of time to allow my husband and I to continue our journey to Little Tunnel and enjoy the days plans. Had so much fun renting e-bikes and hitting up some of the wineries in naramata! Highly recommend Epic cycling for bike rentals. I've been on many cycle tours but this the best and we had a blast. Tamara and Darcy put together a perfect day for us which included an awesome ride, beautiful wine stops and wonderful food. They really know Penticton and gave us tips for restaurants, places to stay and the best wineries. You can sign up for pre-planned rides or contact them for custom. We contacted Epic Cycling to organize a bike tour for 6 of us in the Penticton area. Tamara designed an amazing custom tour just for us. She organized everything from our accommodation, wine tasting, lovely vineyard picnics, and restaurant bookings. Tamara also drove the support van and would meet us at every stop with water, cold towels (I loved those!), smiles, and encouragement. The van was indispensable for carrying all of our wine purchases. Our guides, Ann and Rob, were truly amazing. Epic ride with epic cycling
Rode a 70 km ride in May with Epic cycling. My ride leader was great. At the end of the ride I was starting to get a bit tired and the leader made sure to ride with me and encouraged me until I got my second wind. The owners Darcy and Tamara were very attentive to us all and were there to guide and support us the whole ride. Ride was beautiful terrain with some challenging hills included. The best experience in Penticton
Darcy and Tamara gave us the best experience of our trip. The group had varied levels of cycling ability from beginner to advanced yet we all had a ton of fun and a great ride. Awesome food and great wine tastings we wouldn’t have known about make this tour a cut above and it’s so well organized from start to finish. Our group decided on a last minute e-bike adventure and Darcy and Tamara were quick to accommodate us. The registration process is simple, and the bikes are well maintained and ready to ride. Our first e-bike experience allowed us to get up into the hills above Penticton and Naramata and enjoy the fantastic views. Excellent staff and service. Rivals the best of Europe
We have enjoyed many cycling based trips to France and Italy and were looking for an adventure closer to home. Epic Cycling offered an enticing mix of cycling, local food and B.C. wines so we thought it might be worth a chance. We were simply blown away - from the expert guiding to the beautiful venues. This trip was on par with the most luxurious European tours. Darcy and Tamara have cultivated relationships with local food and wine producers that ensure you will enjoy a unique culinary experience. An Epic Tour!
Tamara organized an amazing tour for us six women! We biked, hiked and drank incredible wine. Tamara had organized everything down to the smallest detail including biking two days and hiking one, five vineyard visits with wine tastings, three vineyard lunches (delicious catering at each), hotel, airport pick up and drop off and wonderful restaurant bookings. Our guides Anne and Rob took great care of us and Tamara met us at several destinations along the way to deliver food and carry wine that we'd purchased. They were very professional and lots of fun. Our tour guide Jeff took us on a great tour up to the tunnel and down to some great wineries. Thanks Tamara for making the tour extra special. Epic wine tasting ride
This is my first experience on a wine tasting "Ride" I wasn't sure what to expect. We showed up with our bikes and everything else was taken care of, ride nutrition, water even hydration tabs. The pre-ride briefing was informative introducing the guides, route and pace. Off we went on an Epic adventure 3 stops tasting great Okanagan wine. A Carcuterie board was ready for us at one of the stops to go along with the tastings. Later in the ride on our final stop an amazing flatbread pizza. I also really liked the fact I could buy the wines I wanted on this tour and the driver of the support vehicle packed it all in the vehicle for us. Fantastic people and service. This is an amazing business, run by amazing people! I have rented bikes from them multiple times, and they are always the first place I recommend to visiting friends for their bike and accommodation needs. They have a big fleet of new bikes, (I'm an e-bike guy myself) that are always in top condition.
They are centrally located, and the pick-up location beside Sociale, makes it super convenient to start the day with a coffee, and finish with a beer of glass of bubbles, right on the beach!

I enjoyed doing guided tours with Darcy and Tamara so much, I actually went, "this is something I want to be a part of," and helped with tours FOR them! 5/5 customer service, 5/5 communication and problem solving, 5/5 product.
